About the event
Are you struggling to manage your Laminitic and EMS horse or pony? Are you fed up with long hours of stabling, muzzles and strip grazing?
Laminitis and EMS are rife within the equine world with more and more owners struggling to manage their horse's long term. Our 5 week online, interactive course is designed to advise, inform and educate each owner on managing these two conditions long term in a species appropriate way, whilst simultaneously providing horse owners with the opportunity to implement each week's topic into their horse's management and care, step by step with our guidance and support.
The course will start on Monday the 4th March 2024 and will then take place every Monday at 7pm BST for 5 weeks until the 1st April.
Dates - 4th March, 11th March, 18th March, 25th March, 1st April.

• Learning and changing your management for long term health
Included:
• 5 week online course, roughly 2 hours per week via an interactive zoom meeting
• WhatsApp group for all attendees to keep in touch, ask questions and share progress
• Advice and support available on an individual basis during the course runtime
Over the course of 5 weeks, we'll discuss the following -
> The signs and symptoms of Laminitis and EMS in all stages - sub-clinical, acute and chronic
> Why Laminitis and EMS occurs
> Triggers and causes
> Species appropriate diet - feeding, grass, hay, supplements and their impact on the horse
> Movement and recovery - covering all stages
> Hoof health, Hoof Care Professionals and debunking Laminitic hoof myths
> Using a track system to optimise long term health
> Prevention
> Summary of diet, movement and trim
We're offering a unique oppurnity for horse's owners to share their questions and struggles in a judgement-free space whilst being presented with the information and knowledge that we use to professionally rehabilitate countless horses and ponies suffering from Laminitis and EMS. Please note, there will be a focus on track systems.
Once your space has been secured with full payment, you will be sent some additional information leading up to your first meeting with us. Please note we will not be offering refunds.
Although recordings will be available after each meeting, this course is interactive and attendees will largely benefit from attending each meeting live. This isn't suitable if you cannot partake in any live meetings during the entirety of the course.

We are a family-run paddock paradise livery specialising in EMS and Laminitis rehabilitation, most commonly working with equines who have issues surrounding diet, movement and trim.
