Bubbles is here with his friend Grace and Tipouf whilst their owner moves house and buys land of their own. Despite coming from their own track system, their owner struggled over Winter and with other various things, so the goal is to help them lose some weight, move more and enjoy their time here ready for their return home.
6th September 2024:
Bubbles was the most overweight out of all the Shetlands, with a cresty neck, as seen in the top photo. Not even a month later, he has already lost some weight. His shoulder and bottom have softened up and his stomach region is definitely decreasing in size.
(Early) April 2025:
Bubble's overall shape has changed, from a very solid and swollen look to more softer features, particularly around his bottom, back and shoulders. His shoulders seem to be the biggest improvement and his neck has definitely softened up and decreased in size too. His sheath is also less swollen and therefore, less visible. He is still very fluffy but we hope you can see the positive changes in his weight.
